What if every restaurant in America hired just one student with disabilities?

Taziki's Mediterranean Cafe is proud to lead the way by offering extraordinary people the opportunity to independently thrive through our special needs job placement program.  Job placement for these very special students or recent high school graduates provides them with the chance to flourish.  Though we get the chance to teach them new job-readiness skills, the greatest benefit is the joy and team building they bring to our restaurants.

Get Started

 

  1. Partner with local school or agency (who will often sponsor the first several weeks of employment as a test)

  2. Assign mutually beneficial tasks:
    • Prep
    • Clean
    • Wrap Silverware

  3. Provide on-going employment if the student is a good fit (typically 10-15 hours per week)
